How Do I Cancel My Badger Subscription?

Ideally, cancellations are processed by our Customer Support team provided that the subscription was placed through our web app. To cancel, you’d need to send us a request, and there are two ways to do that.

1. ) You can send your cancellation request to support@badgermapping.com using the email address you used to register in Badger, and we'll cancel it for you. If you no longer have access to the registered email, you can just confirm the correct email address along with the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to purchase, and we'll take care of it.

2.) Or, give us a call at (+1) 415-592-5909. After the call, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the subject line “Reply to confirm your Badger Maps cancellation” email. You will need to respond to that email before we can proceed with the cancellation.
