Billing Cycles are monthly or annual, depending on what subscription plan Customer selects when purchasing a Subscription.

Late Payments. If Customer’s payment is not received by the due date, then, without limiting Provider’s rights or remedies, a late payment charge of 1.5% of the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, may be added to Customer’s charges.
