What is your Security and Data Privacy Policy?

Because of their security expertise, Badger works with Amazon’s platform, AWS, to manage our data and computing. To be clear, your data is private and for your eyes only. Here is a link to our privacy policy. Our contract that customers get when they buy, covers privacy as well. We are also happy to sign mutual NDA's. We have one or can use yours.
As for the specifics around security at Badger, we chose Amazon’s data center operations partially because they are the gold standard in security. Security is important to them because they have millions of dollars in transactions flowing through their systems every day. They have gone far beyond what a company at our scale or your’s could possibly accomplish, as security is a key component of their business. Amazon is accredited under:
- ISO 27001
- SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 (Previously SAS 70 Type II)
- PCI Level 1
- FISMA Moderate
- Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
The Badger application also employs the highest level of security standards, from HTTPS SSL (TLS 1.2) to password encryption.
