At Badger Maps we work with CRMs all the time. Many of our customers have a CRM that they use to keep track of their customers. We believe that just like getting your customers on a map is important, keeping track of customers is important in sales for every company from a small business to a Fortune 500 company.


Sometimes our customers report to us that their experience with CRM is less than perfectly rosey. Its all over the board though, we hear everything from “This thing is a lifesaver and I don’t know what I would do without it” all the way to “It is the most annoying thing in the world”. So sometimes CRMs cause headaches for their users – especially their end users (the sales people), even though it should be a streamlined tool that helps the company in everyday operations.


Very rarely do people rave about how easy their CRM is to use and how much their CRM has contributed to the growth of their business. That is why we at Badger Maps were intrigued when we heard consistently positive things from several customers about how LACRM  was so easy to use and how much it was helping them in their business. Sometimes a simple product is best, we have certainly found at Badger Maps that users value … usability. Most users want a product that does what it is supposed to do and is simple enough for the average user to use. LACRM does exactly this, it is easy to use but does not sacrifice quality. Everyone we spoke to was able to get up and running with LACRM quickly. It is the complete CRM without the complications that other CRMs may have.



LACRM costs $10/user/month. LACRM’s customers are often cost conscious businesses who don’t have the spending luxury of the largest companies. The value created by LACRM seems much higher than their price.


Customer Service:

Badger Maps customers have mentioned mentioned how happy they were with the customer service at LACRM. They are there to help everyone from large companies to individual users. The size of a company should not dictate their importance, so it is nice knowing that you matter when you call customer service. Their customer service is 100% free and they are available all work day to help you with any questions you may have. We have actually spoken with their customer service group because we were working on helping a mutual customer out, and they truly impressed us.
