However, if you start your trial on our iOS app, a credit card is required upfront. We recommend signing up directly on our website, you will still be able to access Badger Maps on your iOS devices when you log in.
If you cancel your subscription during your free trial, your account will remain active until the end of your trial. You won't be billed unless you decide to reactivate.
All subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of your billing cycle. You can choose between a monthly or annual billing plan when you sign up. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be billed again unless you decide to reactivate.
You can increase the number of user subscriptions at any time. If you do this mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the rest of that billing period.
If you subscribed directly with us, you can request to cancel your subscription through our mobile app by going to Settings> Request Account Deletion (for more detailed instructions, please visit this link). If you signed up via our web app, please just email support@badgermapping.com or call +1 415-592-5909, and we'll handle it for you. If you subscribed through Apple, you must cancel via Apple.
