Badger Maps makes it easy to keep track of customer check ins on your iPhone. The application allows you to record customer interaction and keep track of past communication through the “check in” feature.
Open the Badger Maps application
Select the company you are “checking in” with by either clicking the icon on the map or locating the account in “accounts."
Click on “check in” located on the bottom of the screen.
Select the log type (either meeting, phone call, email, or letter) and add notes.
The date, time, and notes associated with the “check in” will be recorded under “History” within the account.
