How to set up your Beta Badger Maps

Switch between your original Badger Maps account and your Beta Badger Maps account

With the Beta Badger Maps, you’ll be able to add new data and use multiple data types like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities. 

Note that your existing data in your original Badger Maps account won’t be available in the Beta Badger Maps app. 

However, your data in your original Badger Maps account won’t be affected, and you’ll still be able to use your original Badger Maps as usual. 

Here’s a breakdown of how to switch between your original Badger Maps account and your Beta Badger Maps account:

Mobile App For both accounts, you’ll use the same application*. Our system will know based on the username you input which account you're logging in to. To switch between your original and Beta account, you simply need to log out via the Settings and log in to your other account.

How to set up the Beta Badger Maps on your Computer

Log into the Beta Badger Maps on your Computer

  1. Open our NEW beta website https://go.badgermapping.com/ 
  2. Log in with your beta username.
  3. We’ve sent your beta username credentials via email, search in your inbox for the email with the subject line “You’re in! Badger Maps Beta”. 
  4. You can also request your beta username credentials by sending us an email to product@badgermapping.com.
  5. Click the “Log in” button
  6. You're done!

How to reset your password for the Beta Badger Maps on your Computer


  1. Open our beta website on your computer https://go.badgermapping.com/ 
  2. If you are logged in, log out of your account by clicking “Settings” at the bottom left corner and then “Log out” 
  3. Click on “Forgot password?”
  4. Fill in the box with your email address and click “Reset My Password”
  5. Open your email inbox, and look out for our email with the subject line “Reset Badger password for …” 
  6. Click on the password reset link on the button that says “Reset your password”
  7. Write your new password and confirm it by writing it again
  8. Click on “Change Password”
  9. You're done!

Log into your original Badger Maps account on your Computer


  1. Open our original website https://sidekick.badgermapping.com/ 
  2. Log in with your original username or email. 
  3. We’ve sent your original username credentials via email, search in your inbox for the email with the subject line “You’re in! Badger Maps Beta”.

  5. Click the “Log in” button
  6. You're done!

How to set up the Beta Badger Maps on your Phone 

How to switch between your original and Beta Badger Maps accounts

On mobile, you’ll be able to switch between your original and beta Badger Maps accounts within the same mobile app. This means that you’ll only be able to access one account at a time. To switch between your original and beta Badger Maps accounts, you simply need to log out of one account and log into the other one. 

In the following sections, we’ll detail how to log in and log out of each account, so you can use whatever Badger Maps account you prefer.

Log in to the Beta Badger Maps on your Phone

  1. Open your Badger Maps mobile app. If you don’t have our mobile app already downloaded, you can find us on the Apple Store or the Google Store
  2. If you are logged into your original Badger Maps account, you’ll first need to log out by  clicking on “Settings” at the bottom right corner and then “Log out” 
  3. Log in with your beta username
  4. We’ve sent your beta username credentials via email, search in your inbox for the email with the subject line “You’re in! Badger Maps Beta”. 
  5. You can also request your beta username credentials by sending us an email to product@badgermapping.com.
  6. Click the “Log in” button. If your screen is blank after logging in, simply force quit the app and re-open it.
  7. You're done!
