BENEV and Badger Access Agreement
BENEV has integrated its HubSpot CRM environment with the Badger Maps products for the members of their organization.
By subscribing to our services through the purchase link, you agree to the following terms, in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Subscription Agreement:
- You will not create your own Badger Maps trial account.
- Any account you set up yourself, whether with a BENEV email address or not, won’t be within the BENEV environment, and you won’t be able to access the BENEV HubSpot environment.
- Your access is conditional and requires a @benev.com domain email address. Failure to add that address in the Purchase Link will result in the delayed setup of your account, as your Badger Maps account and billing email will need to be updated to your BENEV domain email for your account to be created within the BENEV HubSpot environment.
- The BENEV Badger Maps Customer Success Manager will create your account and reach out to you with the next steps and login information within the next 1-2 business days after you complete the Purchase Link.
- In Badger Maps, you will be able to see the data of your BENEV HubSpot CRM account, assigned to you by BENEV. You won’t be able to import or export data.
- Access to Badger Maps will depend on you having a valid HubSpot account in the BENEV environment. Any activity in the Badger Maps account, such as check-ins, will be exported to your CRM account and thus visible by BENEV.
- All data is and will remain the property of BENEV.
- Upon BENEV's request, we will share the status of your account with Benev, including activities and usage.
- The connection to Badger Maps will be done through SSO within BENEV's environment. Such access can be removed at any time by BENEV, which will lock your Badger Maps account. If the loss of account access is confirmed by BENEV, your account will be cancelled, and your subscription will be terminated.
- Your use of Badger Maps, though enabled by BENEV, is voluntary, and you can terminate it at any time.
- You will be responsible for managing your subscription to the services, not BENEV. Failure to properly maintain an active subscription per our Subscription Agreement will result in the suspension or termination of your account.
These terms and conditions, and any discount offered as part of the BENEV and Badger Maps agreement, are only valid for active members of the BENEV organization.
