Aesthetic Management Partners and Badger Maps Access Agreement

• You will not create your own Badger Maps trial account.
• Any account you set up yourself, whether with an Aesthetic Management Partners approved email address or not, won’t be within the Aesthetic Management Partners environment, and you won’t be able to access Aesthetic Management Partners Hubspot environment
  
• Your access is conditional and requires an Aesthetic Management Partners approved domain email address (@amplifimd.com). Failure to add that address in the Purchase Link will result in the delayed setup of your account, as your Badger Maps account and billing email will need to be updated to your Aesthetic Management Partners approved domain email for your account to be created within Aesthetic Management Partners HubSpot environment.
  
• Aesthetic Management Partners Badger Maps Customer Success Manager will create your account and reach out to you with the next steps and login information within the next 1-2 business days after you complete the Purchase Link.
  
• In Badger Maps, you will be able to see the data of your Aesthetic Management Partners Hubspot account, assigned to you by Aesthetic Management Partners.
  • You won’t be able to import or export data.
  • This does not limit AMP’s administrative rights to access, receive, or export AMP owned data through authorized admin channels if needed.
    
• Access to Badger Maps will depend on you having a valid Hubspot account in the Aesthetic Management Partners environment. Any activity in the Badger Maps account, such as check-ins, will be exported to your Hubspot account and thus visible by Aesthetic Management Partners
  
• All data is and will remain the property of Aesthetic Management Partner.
  
• Upon Aesthetic Management Partners request, we will share the status of your account with Aesthetic Management Partners, including activities and usage.
  
• Access to your Badger Maps account can be removed at any time by Aesthetic Management Partners.
  
• Your use of Badger Maps, though enabled by Aesthetic Management Partners, is voluntary, and you can terminate it at any time. This does not supersede the billing, renewal, refund, or cancellation terms in the Subscription Agreement.
  
• You will be responsible for managing your subscription to the services, not Aesthetic Management Partners. Failure to properly maintain an active subscription per our Subscription Agreement will result in the suspension or termination of your account.
  

These terms and conditions are only valid for active members of Aesthetic Management Partners.
