What is Manager View (iPhone)

Similar to the Web app, the iPhone app also includes Manager View, a feature that enables collaboration within the sales organization between sales reps and their managers. In essence, it allows managers to access their reps’ territories and routes, and gives them the ability to edit routes or update customer information on behalf of their reps. Manager View enables:

• Managers to view their reps’ territories and routes
• Inside sales teams to see the routes of the reps they support and schedule meetings for them
• Operations and support teams to monitor and assist reps as needed
