What is Manager View (Android)

Similar to the Web app, the Android app also offers Manager View, a feature designed to support collaboration between sales representatives and their managers. It allows managers to access their reps’ territories and routes, as well as edit routes or update customer information on their behalf. Manager View allows:

• Managers to view their reps’ territories and routes
• Inside sales teams to see the routes of the reps they support and schedule meetings for them
• Operations and support teams to monitor and assist reps as needed
