A great tool like GoldMine by Frontrange can be made even better when it’s used in sync with a sales territory intelligence solution like Badger Maps.
Badger can link up to CRMs with a deployment through three main methods that increase in complexity and cost:
- The first method to link up your CRM to Badger is to include the link/URL from specific pages in your CRM in Badger. If your CRM allows you to export these links, you’ll be able to directly click on your client’s page in your CRM through Badger to change data. This is the quickest and easiest method and it is free.
- The second method is to link up your CRM right now by exporting data into a spreadsheet and importing it into Badger and comes at no cost. This means that Badger will reflect a snapshot of your CRM but the two would not talk to each other. We recommend that companies start with this spreadsheet method first because this is easy and simple to set up. This way, your team is able to try out Badger as quickly as possible before you decide to go for higher levels of integration.
- The third method is with an automated, one way integration or FTP integration. This type of integration automatically updates the information in Badger from the CRM. This is one way, so the information in the CRM does not automatically reflect data updates from Badger. This method will require a deployment depending on the level of data complexity and the way your CRM is set up.
- The fourth method is a bi-directional integration, this method allows every change to be instantly reflected in both Badger and in your CRM. This type of integration depends on the CRM you use, customizations and level of integration you need. When companies have ~20 sales reps in Badger, we recommend going for the last two integration methods. This is because of the increasing complexity of data as the number of sales reps increase. All of these factors play a part in the cost of the integration.
Badger is working on building more integrations for popular CRMs and has connectors for certain popular CRMs already. If you want to want to talk to a CRM integration specialist on how integration with your CRM works, please click here to schedule a time.
