Chrome

1. Open a Chrome window. Navigate to the Menu, which is three grey bars in the top right-hand corner, below your name. Click on the menu.
2. Scroll down and click “more tools”.
3. Select “clear browsing data”, and then what you want to delete.
4. Choose the amount of data you want to delete, and the time-frame.
5. Click “clear data”.
6. Make sure to close and re-open the browser, or refresh the page.

Internet Explorer

1. Navigate to “Tools” (by using the Gear Icon). Click on “Internet Options” and then “Delete”.
2. Deselect “Preserve Favorites” website data, and then select which data to delete.
3. Click Delete. You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the window when the process is complete.
4. Make sure to close and re-open the browser.

Safari

1. Navigate to the Safari menu.  Select “Clear History and Website Data”.
2. Select the desired time range, and then click “Clear History”.
3. Make sure to close and re-open the browser.

Firefox

1. Navigate to the “History” menu, and click “Clear Recent History”. If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
2. From the Time range to clear drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
3. Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
4. Click “Clear Now”.
5. Make sure to exit/quit all browser windows and then re-open it, and you're all set.

Microsoft Edge

1. Open the Settings Menu - In the top right hand corner click on the 3 dots in a horizontal/vertical line.
2. Select "Settings" 
3. Locate Clearing Browsing Data and click on it. 
4.  Select "Choose what to clear" 
5. Next, you'll reach a screen that has you check off what you'd like to clear. It is recommended that you check off the four boxes (Browsing History, Cookies and saved website data, Cached data and files, and Download history).
6. Click "Clear" 
7. Once done, close the browser and re-open it to resume your task.
