How to Add/Create a Follow-up Date (iPhone)

Our web app has a Follow-ups panel where you can see the accounts that are due for follow-up. This feature is not yet available on our mobile apps, but you can still add a follow-up through your phone. Read below to find out how it’s done on the iPhone.


1. Tap Accounts, and look for the account name that you have to follow-up with.

2. After that, the app will open up the Account Details screen. Tap on Edit, and click Follow-up Date on the Edit Account screen.

3. Tap on the date at the bottom of the screen, then select a date.

4. Click on any part of the screen to go back to the Edit Account screen, and Save.
